Large, bright south facing and relaxing room. Period fireplace with tile surround and marble mantel. Freeview television, video, CD/tuner system, two settees, games cupboard. Small library with books and CDs.
Kitchen/Dining Area
L-shaped kitchen diner with oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment. Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to a high standard.
Bedroom 1
Double bed, wardrobe, fitted cupboard and bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 2
On upper level - two single beds, wardrobe and incidental furniture. Views to Isle of May.
Bedroom 3
On upper level - one single bed in a large bright room with incidental furniture.
Bathroom
On upper level - includes instant heated shower over bath. Shaver point. Large cupboard off bathroom where washing machine is situated.
Baby 'Graco' cot available but please bring own linen.
The cottage has gas central heating and fitted carpets and is very clean, comfortable and well cared for.
Small quantities of coffee, tea, milk, toilet rolls and washing up liquid will be provided for each new let at no extra cost. There are beach toys and dinghies for children's use - please note these should only be used in Crabbing Pool and not the open sea.
Linen
Fresh linen is provided and beds are made up for each new let. Bring your own towels and cot linen, please.
Parking
Unrestricted on-street parking is available.
